This year sees the 6th running of this increasingly popular road race with a new and improved course, using part of the Taff Trail (tarmacadam surface) and roads to create a predominantly flat but undulating in places fast course.

Open to all runners aged 17 years and over, it is organised by the Police as a public event for fun runners and club athletes alike.
