A 10K (6.2 miles) road race using part of the Taff Trail (tarmacadam surface) and a short section on road to create a predominantly flat, but undulating in places, fast course.

Start / Finish / Race HQ

The start, finish and Race HQ are at Merthyr College (CF48 1AR) car park.

Parking

Please park at the Merthyr College car park (free on Sundays). Please ensure that you park in a marked bay, as parts of the car park will be used for the start.

Directions to the race

From the A470 take the junction sign-posted 'Merthyr Town Centre' and 'Rhydycar', this will take you under a purple and green metal bridge. Go straight across the 1st roundabout. At the 2nd roundabout turn left (1st exit) on to 'Avenue de Clichy'. After approx. 1/2M you will see the college car park on the left, take next left in to Penry Street. Turn left in to college car park. Refer to this map for guidance.
